Third-Party Model Disclaimer
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. About Pixomi AI
Pixomi AI ("Pixomi") is an independently operated AI creative platform. We develop and manage the Pixomi user experience, creative workflows, account and credit systems, billing experience, storage features, and customer support.
Pixomi brings selected third-party AI model capabilities together within a unified environment for image, video, audio, and other forms of creative generation.
2. Third-Party Model Integrations
To provide its creative features, Pixomi integrates access to selected third-party AI models and technologies through API and technical integrations.
References to a third-party model on Pixomi identify the technology or model capability made available within the platform. They do not mean that Pixomi developed, owns, or operates the underlying model.
The availability of a model on Pixomi does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship between Pixomi and the relevant model developer or rights holder.
3. Platform Independence
Unless expressly announced in writing by Pixomi and the relevant rights holder, Pixomi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or an official product, service, subsidiary, agent, or representative of any third-party model developer or trademark owner.
Pixomi remains independently responsible for its platform experience, pricing, credits, billing, customer support, and other services provided directly to Pixomi users. Questions relating to Pixomi accounts, payments, credits, generations, refunds, or customer support should be directed to Pixomi rather than to any third-party model developer.
4. Ownership of Third-Party Models and Trademarks
All rights, title, and interest in and to third-party models, APIs, model weights, software, technologies, names, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.
Pixomi does not claim ownership of third-party models, technologies, or trademarks. Third-party model, product, company, and trademark names displayed on Pixomi—including, where applicable, OpenAI, Google, and other identified brands—are used solely to accurately identify and describe the relevant technologies and capabilities available through the Pixomi platform. These examples are illustrative and non-exhaustive.
All such names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on Pixomi does not grant Pixomi or its users any ownership interest in the underlying model or trademark and does not imply any affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, endorsement, or official relationship.
Pixomi's own brand, platform interface, workflows, software, content, and related materials remain the property of Pixomi or its applicable licensors.
5. Model Availability and Differences
Third-party models, versions, capabilities, configurations, prices, and availability may change over time. A model made available through Pixomi may be configured, presented, priced, or operated differently from a product or service offered directly by the model developer. Pixomi does not represent that its implementation is identical to any first-party product or service.
6. User Inputs and Generated Outputs
Ownership of a third-party AI model is separate from any rights that may apply to user inputs or generated outputs.
The use of inputs and outputs is governed by the Pixomi Terms of Service, applicable law, and any model-specific restrictions disclosed through the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for content they upload, generate, publish, or use commercially.
Pixomi does not guarantee that generated content will qualify for copyright protection, be exclusive to a user, be free from third-party rights, or be suitable for every commercial purpose.
